How we keep the chair on time.
Bookings & deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to your service total.
Health & safety
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Reschedule — it protects the team and the next client in the chair.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a late cancellation, and a fee may apply.
Appointment changes
We need at least 12 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. Changes inside 12 hours may incur a fee.
Hair preparation
Arrive with clean hair unless you have booked a wash. It is the difference between a good cut and the right one.
