Bookings & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment. Please reschedule—this helps protect both our team and other clients.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation, and a fee may apply.

Appointment Changes

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Changes made within 12 hours may incur a fee.

Hair Preparation

Please arrive with clean hair unless you have booked a wash.h service. This ensures we can achieve the best possible results for your appointment.
